A toast to crayfish

It is only right to celebrate the crayfish here at Toftaholm. Starting on the first Friday in August and for six weeks thereafter, our kitchen offers lovely red crayfish from Lake Vättern, tasty beer and schnapps, homemade bread and a good, strong cheese. If you'd like to finish with a further dish, the kitchen has a carefully composed menu from which to choose.

The Martinmas Weekend (arrival any day of the week) includes afternoon coffee served in front of the fire or in one of the lounges, welcome drink, four-course Martinmas dinner, overnight stay in a romantic double room in charming manor-house style and the manor-house's grand breakfast buffet.
